Children can join our school as soon as all need paper work is received.
If you are self pay all that is needed is your child's current physical form, shot record and copy of birth certificate.
If you receive a CCDF voucher or need help applying there is additional forms, plus the child's current physical form, shot record and copy of birth certificate. We are happy to help you gather all needed documents.

Children ages 6 weeks - through the summer before starting kindergarten. Families be required to participate in family based activities and school gatherings to retain their enrollment. All of this will be fun and covered in our Family Meeting before a child starts school.

Your children will be engaged in learning throughout the day. Our teachers will focus not only on the needed skills to become a good student academically but help the child gain skills needed to be healthy socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We know how important it is to encourage and support these little ones in all areas of their growth and development. A weekly lesson plan will be posted on the parent board and sent through our app weekly.

Family Refuge accepts all families. That can be self pay or CCDF Childcare vouchers. A CCDF can cover the full cost of childcare fees for your family. If there's a remaining copay our Community Director will share that with you.
Weekly Rates
6 weeks - 24 months = $220
2-3 yrs of age - $210
4- School age - $200

Family Refuge will be feeding your children 2 meals and 2 snacks each day. These will be breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast will be served around arrival each day, with a snack around 9:45am, lunch around noon, and dinner served around 4 pm. Children are given milk with all snacks/ meals and water is available at all times.

Yes - we will cover all this at our Parent Meeting after your enrollment but here is a short list.
Change of clothes that will be kept at school, diapers (if needed), and formula (if needed).

YES! We are a state licensed ministry, and we will follow all standards from policy and staff certification/background check procedure. Our facility will remain locked at all times unless posted and will be communicated to parents. Drop off is 7:30-8:30 am and pick up time is by 4:30- 5:30 pm. Families will have to be let in by accessing an exterior buzzer if arrival is not during the drop off or pick up times.
